Mark B. Hallowell

Founder and Managing Partner

Mark founded Hallowell Construction nearly 45 years ago with the vision to serve the community by delivering competent craftsmanship and construction services to the most selective standards. His passion is second to none as he continues to lead Hallowell Construction in our pursuit to ensure the finest construction services possible.

Mark is a graduate of Gettysburg College and resides with his wife in St. Davids, PA.

Daniel S. Hallowell

Partner

Daniel has worked with Hallowell Construction for 15 years and performed roles ranging from carpentry to estimating to his current focus of field operations and oversight. With an exacting eye for detail, Daniel is uncompromised in his pursuit of a quality products. His fair but firm attitude and strong demeanor ensure Hallowell Construction stands only to build on its reputation for high-quality and competent construction. Daniel attended Ohio Wesleyan University and Gettysburg College and resides in Wayne, PA.

Christopher J. Horne

Chris comes to our team with over of 20 years experience in the construction industry. With a focus on both preconstruction and project management activities, Chris ensures continuity throughout the entire lifecycle of all projects which he believes is a critical factor to any project’s success. His experience has spanned the custom home, multi-family, and education sectors; all of which have included both ground-up and renovation projects. With a steady-handed approach to building construction and life Chris has proven successful when delivering projects and meeting even the most stringent expectations. Chris has a Business Management degree from St. Johns University and a Masters in Construction MGT from Drexel University. He enjoys spending time with his family while boating, fishing, and hiking.
